# Outfans

Outfans is a transparent promotional leaderboard for social profiles.

People can promote a supported public profile they own, control, or are authorized to represent. A one-time placement purchase adds the verified amount to that profile's promotion total. Profiles with higher totals appear higher on the live leaderboard.

## How it works

1. **Submit a profile.** Paste a supported public profile you are authorized to promote.
2. **Purchase placement.** Choose an amount and complete a secure, one-time payment through Stripe.
3. **Get seen.** The profile joins the leaderboard, ranked by its verified promotion total.

Rankings can change as other profiles purchase placement. Outfans is a general-audience promotional directory—not a contest, investment, or game of chance.
