Overview
Calish ("we", "us") provides workflow automation that connects to third-party services you use — such as Google Workspace, Slack, and monday.com — to help you organize and act on your own data. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information. Identifiers provided by the third-party services you authorize (for example, your Google account ID and email, Slack workspace ID, monday.com account and user ID).
- OAuth tokens. Access and refresh tokens issued by providers when you connect an integration. These tokens let us call the provider's APIs on your behalf within the scopes you authorized.
- Service data. Content we read from connected services at your direction — for example, Gmail messages, Drive files, Sheets rows, Calendar events, Slack messages and files, or monday.com boards — limited to the scopes you authorized.
- Operational logs. Minimal server logs needed to operate and secure the service (timestamps, request paths, error traces). We do not log the content of your service data.
How we use your information
- To provide the features you request, including reading from and organizing your connected service data.
- To maintain, secure, and improve the service.
- To communicate with you about your account or material changes to the service.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to build, train, or improve generalized machine-learning models. We do not serve advertising.
Google user data — Limited Use disclosure
Calish's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- We only use Google user data to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in the Calish interface.
- We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve these features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with user notice.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising.
- We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless we have your affirmative consent for specific messages, doing so is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), to comply with applicable law, or for internal operations where the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
Storage and security
OAuth tokens and metadata are stored in a managed Postgres database (Supabase) protected by provider-level encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to the minimum personnel necessary to operate the service. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, though no system can be guaranteed fully secure.
Data retention
We retain OAuth tokens and connection metadata for as long as your integration is active. If you disconnect an integration or delete your account, we delete the associated tokens promptly and any cached service data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records for legal or security reasons.
Your choices
- Revoke at the provider. You can revoke Calish's access at any time from your Google, Slack, or monday.com account settings.
- Delete your data. Email us at hello@calish.com and we will delete your stored tokens and data.
- Access and correction. You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you or ask us to correct it.
Third-party services
The connected services you authorize (Google, Slack, monday.com, and hosting providers we use to operate Calish, such as Vercel and Supabase) have their own privacy policies that govern data they process. We recommend reviewing them.
Children
Calish is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date, and where appropriate, communicated to you directly.
