Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you use Calish.

Effective date: April 14, 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Calish (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. The Service

Calish provides workflow automation that connects to third-party services you authorize (such as Google Workspace, Slack, and monday.com) to help you organize and act on your own data. Specific features may change over time.

3. Your account and authorizations

4. Your data

You retain all rights to the data you bring to the Service. You grant Calish a limited, non-exclusive license to process that data solely to operate the Service for you. We will not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized machine-learning models.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

6. Third-party services

The Service interoperates with third-party services that you authorize. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for changes to, or the availability of, third-party services.

7. Fees

If and when paid features are offered, applicable fees and billing terms will be presented before you incur any charge.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data processed will be complete or accurate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calish and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) US$100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Calish from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your data, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law or security needs. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Calish is established, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection laws.
